A product license includes support and updates for one year from the date of purchase. After one year, your purchased license key will expire. You can choose to renew the license to get continuous support and updates. If you do not renew your license, you will still be able to use the product, but you will no longer receive updates or support.
Support will be provided for one year after a product has been purchased. New features requests will be considered as customization request. Support will not be provided for older version of plugin or any customization is done in plugin.
Refunds will be offered based on the following conditions :
- If the product does not work on your website and has issues, which we are unable to fix, even after support requests have been made.
- If the refund request is made within 30 days of the original product purchase date.
- Issues caused by 3rd party plugins, themes or other software will not provide grounds for a refund.
- Send your queries(if any) on email@example.com before purchase.
